Salary :
** An all-inclusive salary of R1 068 564.00 per annum.

** The package includes a basic salary (70% of package) and a flexible portion that may be structured in terms of the Senior Management Service Handbook
Requirements :
** A relevant undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) with major subjects in the field Public Administration / Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or an equivalent qualification, coupled with five (5) years appropriate experience at a senior management level.
** A multi-skilled, dynamic, self-motivated professional with well-developed, proven leadership and management abilities
** Extensive experience in the corporate services environment.
** Good communication, managerial, organizational and writing skills
** Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
** Ability to interact at a high level
** A Code 08 driver’s license.

Duties :
** Strategically manage and coordinate the provisioning of corporate services in SRSA ensuring the optimal functioning of core business and other support components.
** Manage, direct and account for the provisioning of integrated human resource management and develop provisions of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, determinations and other applicable legislative imperatives.
** Manage and coordinate processes to ensure that corporate service activities are optimally supporting the strategic objectives of SRSA as well as the Annual Performance Plans of line and other support components.
** Manage the provisioning of the highly professional legal advisory and litigation support services.
** Ensure the effective and efficient utilization of resources allocated to the Unit including human, financial and other resources.
** Manage, direct and account for the provisioning of enterprise wide risk, anti-fraud, anti-corruption and security management services to line function and other support.
** Provide leadership to put strategies into effect.
** Provide strategic leadership pertaining to the development and implementation of best practices, policies, procedures and systems to enhance service delivery in SRSA.
** Oversee the Chief Directorate’s budget and resources in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) of 1999 and Treasury Regulations.
