1. Kindly assist to check my status, I was advised to wait for 14 working days but, they have passed now. I have submitted all the necessary documents.

2. I have applied for SACE renewal and I have not received any response. I have submitted all my documents and proof of payment on the same day.

3. Please let me know what is happening with my SACE Number and certificate as I applied last year already and have received nothing, my work is requesting it all, please urgent.

4. Please let me know when my SACE Certificate will be posted? All documents have been submitted since June 2020 and many follow up telephone calls were made since then, but I still have not received my long awaited renewed certificate. I was registered in 2005. Kindly let me know urgently.

5. I was wondering, if you could be able to check for me my status. I had applied before and was sent a letter which was valid for a ear and until, now I have never received my SACE certificate.

SACE Educators Status Categories

SACE classifies educators’ registration status into the following categories:

Fully Registered:
This indicates that an educator has met all the requirements for registration with SACE and is authorized to practice as a professional educator in South Africa.

Provisionally Registered:
This indicates that an educator has met some, but not all, of the requirements for full registration with SACE and is allowed to practice with certain restrictions.

Conditionally Registered:
This indicates that an educator’s registration with SACE is subject to certain conditions or limitations.

Temporarily Registered:
This indicates that an educator’s registration with SACE is temporary and valid for a specified period.

Not Registered:
This indicates that an educator’s registration with SACE has lapsed or has not been completed.
