Eligibility
In order to qualify as an entrant for this promotional competition, the entrant
** must live in the Republic of South Africa;
** must provide correct and full personal details, as required;
** must be 18 years old or older;
** cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual; and
** must be a registered Pick n Pay Smart Shopper.
** The promoters, Pick n Pay, any entity in the Pick n Pay Group or Company and Nestlé, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants, the suppliers of goods or services in connection with this promotional competition, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the above named parties and their respective spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members are not permitted to participate in this promotional competition.
Competition Period
This promotional competition opens on 01 October 2020 and closes on 31 October 2020.
How to Participate?
To enter the promotional competition, the entrant must
** Purchase any two (2) NESTLÉ chocolate bars or 80g slabs and swipe their Smart Shopper card for automatic entry.
** Participants may enter the promotional competition as many times as they wish.
Selection Of Winners
** Winners will be selected within four (4) weeks of the competition closure date (this date is subject to change without notice).
** Entrants to whom prizes will be awarded will be selected through a random draw.
** Winners will be contacted via email or telephonically within four (4) weeks of the competition closure date
Prizes
1. Prize details for smart shopper points – Stand a chance to win one (1) of twenty (20) R2500 worth of smart shopper points loaded into the smart shopper card.
Prize details for smart shopper points :
** Money is loaded onto the card at the customer’s own risk.
** Customers are asked to safeguard their smart shopper card.
** Customers are asked to safeguard their credentials.
** The risk will reside with the customer once transferred to their card.
** Smart Shopper points are valid on your smart shopper card for 12 months.
2. Stand a chance to win one (1) of thirty four (34) awesome gadgets.
Prize details of the gadgets :
** One (1) of four (4) GHD Original IV Professional styler.
** One (1) of four (4) GHD Air Professional hair dryers.
** One (1) of six (6) Wahl Mens Grooming set.
** One (1) of six (6) Beard Straighter combo.
** One (1) of fourteen (14) Ryobi mini toolkits.
Terms & Conditions
** The competition is open to all registered Pick n Pay Smart Shoppers nationally.
** Fifty-four (54) winners in total.
** The competition excludes Pick n Pay online shopping purchases
** The names of the prize winners will be published on the Pick n Pay and Nestlé websites, subject to the winners’ consent.
** Winners may be requested to take part in the promoter’s publicity campaigns or to allow their names and likenesses to be used by the promoter for promotional purposes. Winners are, however, entitled to decline such request.
