Who May Enter?

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the competition.

Who May Not Enter?

Directors, members, partners, employees, contractors and consultants of the Promoter and any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, as well as any person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition, and all of the aforementioned persons’ immediate families and life partners may not enter the competition and shall not be eligible to be awarded any prizes in the competition.

Competition Period

The competition starts on Wednesday 1 July 2020 and closes at midnight on Monday 31 August 2020, however to the fullest extent permitted by the law, the duration of the competition may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Promoter.

How To Enter?

Dial *120*579#. You will receive a reply confirming your entry into the competition and be given the option to enter again.

Charges To Enter

Each entry will cost you R1.50 (Vodacom, MTN, CellC and Telkom Mobile). Should you take longer than the initial 20 second session period you will be charged 20 cents per 20 seconds. There are no further charges for participating in the competition.

Draws & Prizes

** At the end of the competition all there will be a lucky draw from which the first person randomly drawn will be the winner of a Kia Picanto 1.0 MT Start.
** The competition and all random draws are audited.

Winners Notification

** The Promoter will use its reasonable efforts to contact the winner telephonically, by calling the number that was used to enter the competition.
** If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after reasonable efforts to do so as set out above, then that person’s right to be entered into the final draw and stand a chance of winning the Prize will be deemed to have been waived, and the Promoter may then randomly draw another daily qualifier from the pool of that days entrants.
** If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner after reasonable efforts to do so as set out above, then that person’s right to win the Prize will be deemed to have been waived, and the Promoter may then randomly draw another winner from the pool of remaining daily qualifiers.
** At the end of the month of the competition, the name of the winner will be announced on the Smartcall Facebook page.
** By entering the competition, the entrant gives the Promoter the right to publish the prize winner’s name and photograph in any advertising, promotional material or event, or print, at any point of sale or in any public relations material.
** The nature and manner of such releases are to be determined within the sole discretion of the Promoter, and shall be for a period of 12 months after the date that the prize winner is determined, after having being publicly announced as the prize winner of the competition.
** The prize winner expressly consents to the foregoing rights of the Promoter.
** The prize winner consents to the Promotion using such photographs and other promotional material it may at its sole discretion for a period of three years.
** This consent may not be withdrawn by the prize winner prior to its expiration of three years of the date of commencement of the lucky draw winner.

** No entry will be considered valid until this validation process has taken place.
