Nestlé Cook With Love Diwali 2016 Competition :

By participating in this competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below :
This competition is limited to residents of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this competition :

** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“Nestlé”) and the organisers of the Competition.

** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.

** Persons under the age of 18 years.
** The competition shall commence on 05 October 2016 and will end on 31 October 2016. No entries received after 31 October 2016 will be considered.

Mechanics :
To participate in this competition, entrants must adhere to the following :
Purchase any 1 (one) of the following Nestlé products from any store in South Africa, during the promotional period and retain your till slip as proof of purchase :
** Nestle Cocoa (62.5G; 125G Or 250G Tins)
** Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
** Nestle Gold Cross Sweetened Condensed Milk
** Nestle Ideal Evaporated Milk
** Nestle Medium Fat Ideal Evaporated Milk
** Nestle Caramel Treat
** Nestle Dessert Cream (290G Or 155G Tins)
** Nestle Klim (250g sachet; 400g tin; 500g sachet; 900g tin or 1.8kg tin).

** Participants must visit the Nestlé Cook With Love Facebook page and post a picture of their family’s Diwali Treats under the comments section of the Competition post, to stand a chance to win 1 of 4 Yuppiechef vouchers, to the value of R5 000 each.

** 4 (four) winners will be drawn on 01 November 2016.
** The draw will be administered by Emote Africa on behalf of Nestlé (“Promoter”), in Johannesburg.
** Nestlé reserves the right to screen the entrants’ submissions and select a deserving winner at their discretion.
** The winners will be announced on 07 November 2016 on the Facebook page.

The Prize :
** Each winner will receive a Yuppiechef voucher to the value of R5 000.

How to claim your prize :
** The potential prize winners will be notified via Facebook message on the same day as the draw.
** Upon receipt of the message, the potential prize winner will be required to provide his / her contact number so that they can be contacted directly.

** Other information may be requested such as the potential prize winner’s physical address for the prize to be delivered to their home / work place, email address (if available), work telephone number (if available), proof of purchase (receipts) and a copy of his / her ID book and / or driver’s license to a representative from Promoter.

** At the time of the telephone call, the potential prize winner may be required to answer several questions about his / her eligibility.

** If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the runner-up finalist.
** A potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his / her submission is validated and his / her documents are completed and submitted to Nestlé.

** In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions by the potential prize winner, the prize will be forfeited and the runner-up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to all conditions herein.

** The winner will be required to produce their till slip in order to claim their prize.
** Should the winner not have a till slip, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the runner up.

** If Nestlé, the organisers of the competition or the Promoter are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners within 24 hours of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.

** Should the winner not be available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made to arrange and deliver the prize.
** Should the winner not be available after the second attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn.
