This competition is operated by Nestlé (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited (“Nestlé”) in conjunction with TMARC (Pty) Ltd (the “Promoters”).

Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.
Eligibility
Who may eligible
This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
Who May Not eligible
In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:
** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
** Persons under the age of 18 years.
Competition Period
** The Competition shall commence on 22nd October 2018 and will end on 10th December 2018 (7 weeks).
** No entries received after 10th December 2018 will be considered.
How To Enter

** To participate in this Competition, Participants must buy any 2x NESTLE CERELAC or 2x NESTLE NESTUM products at any of the participating retailer(s), dial *120*53559# and follow the onscreen prompt.
** The USSD entry mechanic costs 20c per 20 seconds.
** The participants should retain their proof of purchase to claim their prize.
** Participants can enter as many times as they want.
Traders To :
** Participate in this Competition, Participants must buy any 2x 500g NESTLE CERELAC shrinks or 2x 500g NESTLE NESTUM shrinks products at any of the selected wholesaler(s), dial *120*53559# and follow the onscreen prompt.
** The USSD entry mechanic costs 20c per 20 seconds.
** The participants should retain their proof of purchase to claim their prize.
** Participants can enter as many times as they want.

Prize
** Shoppers / Consumers / Participants stand a chance to win a share of R50 000 (fifty thousand Rand) in instant airtime or weekly giveaways which consist of 1 of 14 (one of fourteen) Samsung Microwave Ovens to the value of R2000 (two thousand Rand).
** A total of 2 Microwave Ovens will be drawn to 2 winners each week.
** Trader Participants stand a chance to win a share of R50 000 (Fifty Thousand Rand) in cash.
** A total of 1 winner will be drawn weekly starting on the 3rd week of the campaign (week starting 5 November 2018) for the 5 weeks remaining.
** Each weekly winner will be awarded R10 000 (ten thousand Rand).\
** For the avoidance of doubt, there will be a total of 5 weekly winners.
How To Claim Your Prize
** Two weekly shopper / consumer winners will be selected at random in the presence of the Nestlé brand team and Nestlé legal team.*
** One Trader winner for the weekly cash prize will be selected at random in the presence of the Nestlé brand team and Nestlé legal team.
** The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to the Promoters.
** Eligible winners will have their prizes delivered to them by a representative of the Promoters based on the information they will have shared via the telephone call.
