** To research, analyse and value South African / rest of Africa listed companies.
** To communicate your insights and findings to the portfolio managers.
** To support the decision-making of the portfolio managers.

Application process :

** Academic transcripts of results for both matric and tertiary education. Include proof and transcripts of any other qualifications (e.g. CFA, CA (SA), GMAT score etc.) if available.

Screening and selection process :
** Once we have a complete pack of this information, we will begin assessing your application.
** We may then ask you to perform psychometric tests, provide additional information and/or write an investment report before you may be interviewed by our portfolio managers.

Turnaround time :
** The time taken to complete this process will vary depending on how far you progress, the time you take to complete your required tasks, the availability of the portfolio managers and the timing of completing applications.

** We strive to give your application careful consideration, and to communicate our decisions within a reasonable time (ideally not more than two weeks after your last completed requirement).
