** The promoter is RCL Foods Sugar and Milling (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

Who Can Enter

** Any persons entering or participating in this Competition (“Participant”) accept and agree that by entering this Competition they have had an opportunity to read and consider these Terms and Conditions and that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

** No director, employee, agent or consultant of RCL Foods Consumer, Vector Logistics (Pty) Ltd and Paton Tupper (Pty) Ltd or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this Competition may enter this Competition.

** By entering the Competition the Participant unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter, as well as its holding company, its subsidiaries and any subsidiaries of its holding company, and their successors and assigns, directors, employees, agents or consultants against all and any losses, claims, proceeding, actions, damages, (direct, consequential or otherwise) liability, demands, expenses, legal costs (on an attorney and own client basis) howsoever arising out of, based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the Participant’s participation in the Competition and the prizes.

** This Competition starts on 29 January 2018 and closes on 28 March 2018. No late entries will be accepted.
** This Competition is open to schools and school learners in the Gauteng, Pretoria, Bushbuckridge, Nelspruit, Tzaneen, Polokwane and Rustenburg areas.

How To Enter

** To enter this Competition, learners must collect promotional Sunbake bread bags, bring them to school and complete the entry forms on the back of the bread bags. They must then place their Sunbake bread bags in the Sunbake Collection Bin at the school. Only Sunbake promotional packs apply.

** All bags collected will be counted at each participating school by an RCL Representative and the school itself. School learner winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received. The top 3 schools with the most bags collected will be declared the winners of the container libraries.

** The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed entries for any reason whatsoever, and proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for any technical failures affecting the participation and/or prize redemption process of the Competition.

Prizes

Prizes are as follows:
For learners :
** R 1.82 million worth of Pep vouchers, backpacks and umbrellas. Learners winning prizes will have to obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians in order to receive the prize.

For schools :
** 3 container libraries worth R 50 000 each including books to the value of R10 000.00 each.

Terms & Conditions

** Entries which are unclear, illegible or contain errors will be declared invalid.
** In the event that any winner cannot be successfully contacted, or fails to respond to the Promoter, within a period of one week from the date of the draw, following all reasonable attempts to do so using the contact details provided by the Participant, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another name in substitution. The names of the prize winners will also be published on the RCL Foods website (.rclfoods.com).

** All winners will be required to provide their names, identity numbers and contact details and to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize.

** Participants consent to the collection, processing and further processing of their personal information (including personal information contained in electronic communications) by the Promoter for the purposes of choosing finalists and winners and for administrative purposes relating to this Competition.

** The winners may be requested to take part in the Promoter’s publicity campaigns or to allow their names and likenesses to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes. The winners are, however, entitled to decline such request. Where the winners consent to take part in the Promoter’s publicity campaigns, they will not be entitled to any remuneration for such participation and all materials arising from such participation will be the sole property of the Promoter.

** The judges’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
** The prizes are not transferrable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other items.
