Who Can Enter
** The Competition is open to participants who are permanent residents and citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 (eighteen) years, in possession of a valid South African Identity Document. Any person who is under the age of 18 (eighteen) years (“a minor”) must obtain their parent or legal guardian’s consent, in order to enter and qualify as a participant for the Competition (together referred to as “Participants/Entrants”).
** By entering the Competition, all Participants and winners, including a parent or legal guardian of a minor participant, agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
** The Promoter reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these rules, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

Competition Rules
1. The Competition commences on 01 February 2018 and ends on 20 May 2018, both days inclusive (“the Duration”). All 3 Facebook pages must be liked and the competition form must be completed to qualify for one entry.
2. Entries will be considered incomplete and thus disqualified if the entrant does not provide all requested information including name, telephone number and email address.
3. Entry information will not be shared with any third party without the entrant’s prior knowledge and consent.
4. By signing up for any competition, you agree to receive mail from Ninja Blenders, Trails End Bike Hotel and Soaring Free Superfoods.
5. The prize(s) will go to the first name(s) selected at random after the closing date. Ninja Blenders, Trails End Bike Hotel and Soaring Free Superfoods, reserves the right to publish the name(s) and/or photograph(s) of the winner(s) on their websites, social media and in magazines.
6. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and not transferable. Winners will have to claim their prize within 60 days of the draw having taken place and at that time identify themselves with a bar coded South African ID book and sign a receipt for any prize received.
7Failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply herewith will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of Ninja Blenders, Trails End Bike Hotel and Soaring Free Superfoods.
8. The Sponsors of the prizes reserves the right to redistribute all unclaimed prizes.
9. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Prize consists of 1 x Ninja BL682 + 1 x Product Hamper of Soaring Free Superfoods + 1 x Twin or Double Room for 2 nights (excluding peak season and long weekends).
11. Terms of The Trails End Bike Hotel 2 nights’ accommodation is for 2 adults, is subject to availability and excludes peak season and long weekends. No Meals are included.
