1. The level of service provided by FedEx South Africa is absolutely pathetic. My parcel scanned repeatedly in Kempton Park for the last 76 days. The help line can see it on the system, then tells me it was never picked up from the supplier in the US of A, then tells me it’s with some other FedEx to which he can not supply any contact details. FedEx truly proves again to be the world’s most useless courier service. I do NOT need help with tracking. I have tracked my parcel. You have it. You had it for the last 11 weeks! last time my parcel scanned on the 31st of March “in transit”. Is some one pushing it down the N1 in a shopping trolley?
2. My parcel tracking states that, a new delivery date will be booked by the consignee. However, I did not receive any phone call saying that the deliverer was at my block of flats. How can I arrange a new delivery date? I need to get my parcel before it expires.

This is the most unprofessional company. We have an account with them, and we pay every month and still they send statements where money is outstanding and then threaten us with emails to say they are going to close our account. when you reply to their emails is shows that the email does not exist. All the phone numbers on the internet and their invoices and statements does not work at all, it says out of service. We are struggling with them for 2 years now.

FedEx Windhoek is pathetic and dishonest. Shipped an envelope to my daughter in New York on 9 December and from the 7 clothing items only 3 arrived including one converse tekkie. Until date they have not processed my refund blaming South Africa for the delay. Their landline goes to voicemail and nobody ever calls back. On skeleton staff over festive season including manager who wants me to refile the claim 6 weeks later. Always another contradictory excuse after ruining my daughter's Christmas. I have no choice but to waste money on a lawyer because this is nothing but theft.
why after i have paid my R500 delivery fee and another R100 for tracking number must i pay another R345.00 for registering the tracking number. another company told me its not supposed to be like that. if i had paid for delivery and tracking number i dont have to pay any otger money. something very fishy about this. scam?
