** Participation in this Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Rules”).
** Participants are encouraged to review the Rules before entering into the Competition and acknowledge that they been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that they understand and accept these Rules.

** This competition is operated by Nestlé South Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“Nestlé”) in conjunction with TCC FUSION (the “Promoters”).
** Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.
Who Can Enter
By participating in this Competition, Participants agree to the rules set out below.
** This Competition is limited to residents of South Africa.
In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition :
** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.
** Persons under the age of 18 years.
** The Competition shall commence on 5 June 2017 and will end on 31 July 2017. No entries received after 31 July 2017 will be considered.
Mechanics
To participate in this Competition, Participants must adhere to the following :
** Participants are required to purchase any Hot Chocolate 250g, 400g or 1kg product with a promotional on-pack sticker at participating stores.
** To enter the competition and stand a chance to treats every hour every day.
** Participants are required to SMS their Unique Code and Name to 48428. Each entry is charged R1.00 per entry.
Participants may enter the competition up to a maximum of 3 times within a rolling 7 day period, provided that Participants purchase the participating products each time and complete the competition entry and enter a new unique code, subject to the following conditions :
** All entries from disqualified participants’ mobile numbers will be rejected
** Only one prize per household and per person
** No computer-based entries will be accepted
** Any mobile number that enters an incorrect unique code five (5) times in succession will be locked out of the Competition for the entire duration of the promotional competition (“Blocked Participants”)
** Blocked Participants have an opportunity to call the Nestlé Call Centre on 011 514 6116 or 086 009 6116 between 09h00 – 16h30 Monday to Friday should there be a valid reason, which is accepted by the Promoter, for the Blocked Participants to be allowed to enter the Competition.
The Prize
** Participants in this Competition stand a chance to win treats every hour every day.
** Winners will be chosen by random draw. There will be 9 winners in total each day of the competition period.

** Dinner for 2 (Mythos, Tashas and Turn and Tender)
How to claim your Ster-Kinekor Movie Tickets :
** Winners of movie vouchers will receive a reply message with their Ster-Kinekor movie voucher
** The movie vouchers are only valid for Cinema Prestige
** To redeem the vouchers, winners can go to any Ster-Kinekor outlet.
** At the self-service terminal, select “redeem e-voucher” and follow prompts
** Vouchers expire on the 31st August 2017
How to claim your Netflorist voucher :
** Winners of Netflorist will receive a reply message with their Netflorist voucher.
** To redeem the vouchers, winners will need to go online .netflorist.co.za using their electronic unique code when completing their shopping purchase
** Vouchers expire on the 31st August 2017
How to claim your Sorbet voucher :
** Winners of Sorbet will receive a reply message with their Sorbet voucher.
** To redeem the vouchers, winners will need to visit any Sorbet outlet nationally
** Vouchers expire on the 31st August 2017
How to claim your Dinner for two voucher :
** Winners of Dinner for two will receive a reply message letting them know an agent will contact them on how to go about receiving their prize.
** To redeem the Dinner vouchers, winners will need to visit their chosen restaurant
** They will be required to choose a restaurant of their choice
