Student Administration Clerk :

Duties :
** The candidate will be responsible for capturing of application and registration data, handling of students’ correspondences and enquiries, opening and maintenance of students’ files.

** He/she will also assist during application, selection, admission and registration processes.

Requirements :
** Matric certificate plus at least two years relevant working experience.
** Working knowledge of computer applications, communication, customer relations, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure are a necessity.

Clerk Grade I :
Duties :
** Performance of the function of internal postal services within the University, Such as receiving letters and parcels, placing mail in pigeon holes or in mail bags according to the needs and requirements of the respective division or department as well as allocate appropriate postage.
** The candidate will also be expected to supervise postal services personnel.

Requirements :
** Grade 12 plus a relevant Diploma coupled with two years administration experience.

** Candidate must be in possession of an LLB degree or equivalent qualifications.
** Attendance of Practical Law School and driver’s license will be an added advantage.
