Win R25 000 Winter Fashion 2017 Competition :

** The promoter of this competition is Truworths Limited, Reg. No. 1940/013923/06 (hereinafter referred to as “Truworths”).

The following rules will apply to this Competition :
The essential features of this Competition are as follows :
1. The Competition is open to any natural persons who are account holders and TRUROYALTY members as at the start and end date of the competition. Subject to the provisions 5 and 14.4 of the terms and conditions below, persons who are under the age of 18 years require the prior consent and assistance of their legal guardian to enter this Competition and such persons warrant the existence of such consent and assistance.

2. There will be 5 winners and the prizes on offer to each winner are as follows :
** R5000 worth of Truworths fashion vouchers per winner.

3. You shall be required to take the following steps to enter this Competition :
** Each purchase transaction valued at R500 or more shall qualify as an automatic entry to the Competition..

4. This Competition will open for entry at 10 May 2017 and will close at 11:59pm on the 11 June 2017 and no entries will be accepted after this date.

5. The winners will be selected by way of a fair and random draw, from the pool of entrants by an independent person on behalf of the Promoter (“the Judges”), and in accordance with all relevant regulatory requirements, on/before 4TH July 2017.The decision of the Judges appointed by the Promoter in this regard shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The winners will be notified via e-mail and/or SMS and/or telephone on/before 14 July 2107. Should the Promoter be unable to contact any winner telephonically on or before 30 July 2017 notwithstanding reasonable attempts by it to do so, it reserves the right to select an alternative entrant as the winner. In such event the first chosen entrant will have no recourse against the Promoter. The prizes offered will be delivered to the winners by Truworths.

7. Where the winners are awarded gift cards, and in the event that the gifts cards are lost, misplaced and/or stolen from any winner, the Promoter will not replace the lost gift cards and such winner will have no recourse against the Promoter.

8. The rules applicable to the Competition can be obtained from the Head of Marketing at Truworths’ Head Office situated at 1 Mostert Street, Cape Town 8001, at any date and time during business hours or by going to .truworths.co.za.
