** By entering this Competition and/or accepting any prize, all participants, entrants and winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below applicable to this Competition (“Rules”).

And the General Promotional Competition Rules (“General Promotional Competition Rules”) applicable to promotional competitions run by KFC Proprietary Limited and/or its agencies (collectively, the “Organisers”) from time to time. For purposes of this Competition, the owner of KFC Brackenfell (as defined below) shall also be deemed to be an Organiser.
Competition Period :
** The Competition will commence at the opening time of KFC Brackenfell on 7 March 2017 and will end at the closing time of KFC Brackenfell on 17 April 2017 (“Competition Period”). No entries will be permitted after the end of the Competition Period.
Eligible entrants :
In order to be eligible for participation in this Competition, an entrant must be :
** 18 (eighteen) years of age or older;
** willing to provide the Organisers with their personal information including, but not limited to, full name/s and surname, identity number, age, banking details, physical residential address and mobile telephone number;
** be in possession of a valid South African identity document or South African passport;
** personally hold a valid South African bank account; and
** undertake to abide by these Rules and the General Promotional Competition Rules, failing which, the winner shall forfeit the prize on the grounds of ineligibility.
** Each entrant represents and warrants that by entering in or participating in this Competition, he/she has full eligibility to do so.
** The Organisers reserve the right to request proof that entrants have met any or all of these eligibility requirements.
1. Entry into the Competition :
1.1. To enter the Competition and stand a chance of winning the prize set out in paragraph 2.1 below, eligible entrants will be required to make a single purchase of any KFC product/s to the value of R150.00 (one hundred and fifty Rand) or more at KFC Brackenfell.
1.2. Entrants will receive a receipt (till slip) reflecting the purchase.
1.3. Entrants must write their full name, identity or passport number and telephone number/s on the receipt and insert this receipt into the in-store entry box in order to enter the lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”).
1.4. Entrants may enter the competition each time they make a single purchase of R150.00 (one hundred and fifty Rand) or more at KFC Brackenfell, by following the steps set out in paragraphs 1.1 to 1.3 above.
2. Nature of Prize and Prize allocation :
2.1. 2 (two) entrants stands a chance of winning a cash prize of R5,000.00 (five thousand Rand) (“Cash Prize”) each.
2.2. The winners of the Lucky Draw will be randomly selected on 18 April 2017 from the valid entries submitted, by the store owner of KFC Brackenfell, at KFC Brackenfell.
3. Winner :
3.1. Following the Lucky Draw on 18 April 2017, the winners of the Cash Prizes will be contacted by telephone during the period 18 April 2017 to 21 April 2017.
3.2. The winners will be requested to provide their personal information (including banking details) to the Organisers within 3 (three) days of being notified telephonically, to enable the Organisers to facilitate that the Cash Prizes be transferred by way of an Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) to the valid South African bank account of the winners, failing which, the Cash Prize will be forfeited.
3.3. Should the winners of the Cash Prize not redeem his/her prize as directed by the Organisers (as set out in paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 above), his/her prize will be forfeited.
