Delivery and Tracking :
** LivDigital does not have a physical retail store. We are an online retailer and delivers nationwide.
** LivDigital delivers within South Africa only with no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays
** Livdigital makes use of Specialised Freight Courier Service for the shipment of all our packages, in order to track your shipment, you will need to have your waybill number handy.
** Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping waybill number. With this waybill number, go to specialisedfreight.co.za on the “Fast Track Now” then enter your waybill number from the email you received.
** This will give you the most up to date information of the progress of your order.
** If for any reason you have misplaced your waybill number, you can retrieve this by logging into your account or by contacting us via phone / email or using the chat window at the bottom of the page.

** Livdigital cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Payment Methods :
** The Livdigital team offer a number of payment methods which will suit the way you would like to do business with us.
** We make use of a number of technologies to give you both choice, as well as to protect our customers.
** Credit card payments We make use of Virtual Card Services (VCS) as our secure payments gateway.
** This means that Livdigital does not receive nor store any of your credit card information anywhere on our site.
** When paying by credit card you have the option in the payment screen of paying the full amount, or utilitising the budget facility available on your credit card to pay over a number of months.
** Secure EFT Another payment service offered by Virtual Card Services is something called SID.
** SID is an assisted EFT process. This payment option allows you to select your bank, input your Internet Banking log-on details and let SID create the beneficiary and make the payment on your behalf.
** More information about SID can be obtained from .sidpayment.com/ When you have completed your purchase and check out, the transaction details are presented to the bank/payment gateway.
** The bank will then give authorisation for the total amount.
** Should authorisation not be given, your purchase will not proceed.
** Other payment options We offer a manual EFT option should you prefer this instead. In order to do a manual EFT, please place and order on the site.
** Once placed, you will receive an email with your order number.
** Please use this order number as the reference number on your EFT.
