Vega School Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction :
** Vega School (”promotor”, ”we”, or ”us”) is running four competitions for interested parties (prospective students), who would like to apply at Vega School Cape Town during the months of December 2016 and January 2017.

Interested parties (prospective students) must have a valid National Senior Certificate with Higher Certificate or Degree admission and meet Vega School’s admission criteria.
1.1. In order to win the competition students would have to like, share and apply at Vega School Cape Town in 2017. Applicants must pay their application fee of R950 for one of Vega’s full-time qualifications. Application fee must be paid before the closing date of the competition entered to qualify as a valid entry
1.2. In order for the interested parties to win the Ultra 2017 competition they would have to visit Vega Cape Town’s Open Day on the 28 January 2017 and apply to study at Vega Cape in 2017. Applicants must pay their application fee of R950 for one of Vega’s full-time qualifications. Application fee must be paid before the closing date of the competition entered to qualify as a valid entry
2. Definitions in this Agreement :
2.1 Participant means the person who submits their details to Vega School giving the school permission to contact the participant accordingly.
2.2 Promoter means Vega School or its agencies used to promote this activation.
3. Duration :
3.1 The competitions will run between the 1 December 2016 to the 28 January 2017.
4. Participation :
4.1. The promotion is conducted by the promoter and its third party contractors.
4.2. No one who is a director, employee or agent of or consultant to us or who is a spouse, life partner, close family member, business partner, or associate to a director, employee or agent of or consultant to us may take part or enter the promotion.
4.3. This promotion is only open to legal residents of South Africa aged 17 years or over.
4.4. Entry into this promotion is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4.5. Entry into this promotion and submitting your details gives Vega School permission to contact you based on your expressed interest.
4.6. You must have a valid National Senior Certificate with Higher Certificate or Degree admission and meet Vega School’s admission criteria.

5.2. For an application to be valid, you must fill in all required fields.
5.3. When you submit your name and respective details under the ‘Tell Me More’ section, you are not applying for the course but expressing interest. The Vega School team will then be able to contact you regarding the course you are interested in.
