Eligibility of Bruce Jack Wines Helicopter Competition
The competition is open to all South African residents who are 18 years and older. No director, employee, agent or consultant of Bruce Jack Wines SA (Pty) Ltd, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this competition may participate in this competition.
How to Enter in the Bruce Jack Wines Helicopter Competition?
To enter, participants will be required to:
** Buy your favourite bottle of Bruce Jack Wine at your local Tops at Spar
** Scan the QR code on the neck tag.
** Enter on the competition page
** Participants may enter multiple times.
Note:
Participants must ensure that their contact details are correct. If a winner has given incorrect or outdated contact details, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in terms of the Rules.
Prizes of Bruce Jack Wines Helicopter Competition
The prizes are as follows, and a participant can only win once:
There will be 2 x sets of prizes that will include:
** 6 x bottles of Bruce Jack Wines
** A Helicopter Trip hosted by Cape Town Helicopters
** Flights from a main centre within South Africa
** One nights accommodation in Cape Town CBD (excludes meals & Transport)
Note:
** Winners will be selected by Bruce Jack Wines SA (Pty) Ltd by 31 July 2024, and winners will be contacted within 2 weeks of the winner being chosen.
** Winners will be notified telephonically, where the winner will be required to verify their details. The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavour to contact the prize winner once every day for 5 consecutive working days after they have been chosen.
** If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the Rules.
Competition Terms and Conditions:
** By virtue of entering this competition the Participants consents to their information being stored for a period of 3 (three) years from the date on which this competition ends.
** The Promoter reserves its right to outsource the storing of information to a reliable Third Party. The Promoter warrants that the information will be stored in accordance with clause 17 above.
** The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, incorrect or incomplete entries for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
** The Promoter shall not be responsible for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotion that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
** No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups, or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
** No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
** The Promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
** In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.
