What is the maximum size of the parcel or shipment you can deliver?
Value Express is able to handle a wide variety of parcel and shipment sizes, from 1 kg to 32 Tons on all service types.
Where does Value Express operate?

Can I send parcels internationally?
Yes, Value Express offers cross-border courier services as well as international courier services.
Do I need to take insurance cover on my shipment?
Value Express offers R1000 insurance cover for a nominal fee per waybill. Should you wish to insure your freight at a higher value, please contact our Customer Service Department (0861 900 400) to be quoted.
Are there any restricted good I cannot courier?
Certain items are excluded such as: explosives, flammable solids (matches, certain batteries), radioactive materials, flammable gas (gas cylinders, lighter fuel, aerosols), oxidising substances, corrosives, flammable liquids, poisons. For security reasons, we do not move precious metals or stones, jewellery, currency, arms and ammunition, cigarettes or cellular phones. Livestock or plants are also excluded.
How do I package my parcel or shipment?
You are responsible to package your parcel or shipment in such a way that it is protected against damage that may occur with normal handling procedures.
Can I track the movement of my parcel or shipment?
Yes, your waybill number (indicated below the barcode) on your waybill is your reference for tracking purposes. Visit https://valueexpress.co.za and enter your waybill number in the tracking field provided on the Customer Portal page. If you shipment is not immediately tracking, please contact our Customer Service Department (0861 900 400) to assist with a verbal status update on your shipment.

Value Express operates on an account basis only, terms of which will be established when opening an account.
