Returns Eligibility:
At Barestep, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free returns and exchange process. Exchanges:
Customers who wish to exchange an order can do so within 30 days after receiving the goods. We understand that preferences may change, and sometimes a different size, color, or variant is desired. Therefore, we offer this window of 30 days for customers to initiate an exchange request.

Time Limit:
Once the 30-day period has expired from the date of receipt of the goods, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to process exchanges. It is important to initiate the exchange request within this time frame to be eligible for the exchange process.

Returns:

Are SA sizes and UK sizes the same?
Yes, SA sizes and UK sizes are the same. So if you normally wear a UK size 7, you should choose a SA size 7 as well.

How do I measure my foot to determine the correct size?
