Sport :
** Sport Scholarship Applications can be made online or you can download the application form here and return it to Kingsmead College together with your daughter’s final Grade 6 School Report, a brief CV outlining sporting achievements, a reference from a coach and copies of relevant certificates to Robert Pullen – Head of Sport.
** Sport scholarship interviews will take place on Wednesday 15 March and Thursday 16 March 2017.

Sports Scholarship Criteria :
High performance (possibly Provincial) in one or more sports in which Kingsmead competes would be an advantage.
The winner of the scholarship must commit to representing the School for the duration of her time at Kingsmead College, unless injured.

Music :
** Music Scholarship Applications can be made online or you can download the application form here and return it to Kingsmead College together with your daughter’s final Grade 6 School report, a brief CV outlining involvement at school and/or external participation in festivals or competitions, and copies of relevant certificates to Mrs Elsabé Fourie

** Music scholarship interviews will take place on Tuesday 14 March and Wednesday 15 March 2017.

Music Scholarship Criteria :
** Candidates will be invited to an interview and audition where they will be required to perform two (from different composers) at a Grade 4 level or higher; scales – a list of the scales of her most recent examination must be provided and sight reading of a grade 4 level will be given.
** Her music instrument and perform one piece on each instrument.
** If the level of one instrument is higher than the other, rather do the audition on the 1st instrument.
** Evidence of the current theory grade must be presented or a certificate of the most recent examination passed.
** The winner of the scholarship must commit to participating actively in the Music department, representing the School for the duration of her time at Kingsmead College in either the Orchestra or Choir and should ?offer Music as one of her subjects from Grade 10-12.
** The involvement of the candidate in her current Music department will be considered.
