Call It Spring Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is free* on ALL orders over R500. If your order value is less than R500, the delivery fee will be confirmed at the final order confirmation stage.
Deliveries on all successful purchases will be made between 3 – 7 working days, except during sales and special events when delivery may take up to 10 working days.
** If longer delays are anticipated, you will be notified.
** All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
** Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only.
** Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, orders may incur longer than usual delivery times.
The buyer or a person authorised to accept delivery on the buyer’s behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address”). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
If we are unable to deliver within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you and either process a refund immediately or arrange the delivery of another product, to the same value.
Free delivery on orders over R500 apply to areas that are within our logistics partners localized area. Customers living in regional and outlying areas may be subject to a delivery fee.
