Phishing emails?
Always access the EasyPay website by typing the correct URL www.easypay.co.za into your browser. Never click on a link in an email to go to a supposed EasyPay website. Please note that EasyPay will never request any personal information or bank card/account information from you via email and therefore please ignore any such requests as they are not legitimate.
Always check any link in any email before clicking on it by hovering your cursor over the link. The full link will then be visible to you, and you should be able to determine whether or not it is legitimate. If in doubt don’t click on the link, rather delete the email.
