How To Track Cotton On Order?
Your order will be shipped by Dawn Wing, once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a Waybill number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the email.

** Delivery to Eastern Cape stores within 4 business days
** Once your order arrives in store, you will be notified by email and/or SMS.
Standard Delivery – R50:
FREE for orders over R500!
** Orders will leave our warehouse in 1 – 2 business days.
** Delivered within 2 – 4 business days to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein and Polokwane
** Delivered within 2 – 5 business days to Regional and Remote Areas
