What are your hours of operation?
Our online shop is always open, affording you the convenience to purchase any time of day, week, month or year. Processing of your online purchase, either for collection or delivery, is done at our store level. This means, your online purchase will only be processed during our stores normal working hours.

Who decides what products are sold on On Tap?
At On Tap our buyers group, made up of key individuals, have an expert understanding of the retail, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen industries that spans over nearly 30 years. With this wealth of experience we are able to provide good-quality, value for money, plumbing supplies and sanitaryware, catering to both the trade and retail customer.
Do you have a physical store?
At On Tap, we have stores nationwide in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, Eastern Cape and the Western Cape. Further to this, you are able to purchase from anyone of our physical stores by shopping here on our online shop. All you have to do is choose the store location nearest to you in the location setting field in your On Tap Online User Profile/Account.
Why can’t I view any prices on your website?
In order for you to view our prices on our website, you will need to create your On Tap Online User Profile/Account and select the store location nearest to you. Once you have done this you will be able to view the in-store prices. This allows you to purchase online but directly from your nearest On Tap store.
