How To Track Prime Persian Order?
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Prime Persian Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error e.g: accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, rugs that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:
** Return within 30 days
** Return with proof of purchase
** Item must be unused with all original tags/labels attached. Once used, rug cannot be accepted in returns
** Returned in the same condition as received
** As we only sell brand new rugs, we cannot accept used rugs with stains, alterations or any damage for returns or exchange.
Faulty Product Returns:
If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the pictures shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Please note the return guidelines are applied as mentioned above.
Prime Persian Refunds
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Customer will get full refund after the product have be assessed by our team. Refund payments are processed in 2-4 working days.
Returns Process (Online):
** Simply fill a form below or alternatively email us with your order details at: returns@primepersian.co.za or contact online support at 011-8098227.
** Our customer service agent will contact the customer the same day.
** Our courier partner or delivery team will collect the item from the delivery address at no costs.
** Once the item is in our warehouse, our team will assess it and full refund will be processed, if the product is received in the same condition as it was sent to the customer. Used, dirty or altered rugs will be rejected & no refund or exchange will be processed.
** Its customer’s responsibility to pack the product in reasonable packaging in case original packaging is not suitable at time of return. Courier partners & Prime Persian are not responsible if product received in a return is damaged.
** Refunds can only be paid into South African bank account.
Prime Persian Exchange
We offer 30 days hassle free exchange policy.
** Simply fill in the contact form and advise us which rug you want to exchange with.
** Exchanges are proceed within 2-4 working days.
** There are no costs for exchange.
** If exchanged item have higher price then customer have to make the payment for the difference. Customer will be refunded if the exchanged item have price less than originally purchased item.
Note:
Used products, with stains, damage etc wont be accepted in returns neither for exchange. No refund to be provided for a used carpet.
