** The customer cannot perform any single or multiple withdrawals of more than R5 000 per day

apply for postbank card post-office graaff-reinet dont have or can"t assist 6286
i have open a postbank card at Graaff-Reinet Post-Office 2021 and till today i cant use my card to withdrawn money every month my salary of E.P.W.P i have to full in acredite application form cause every month they told me there are no cards.
can i apply tru Email or webbside for a card i dont now whats rong with my card cause if you swipe it show nothing.
