1. My Mother Gladys Dimaza went to QUEENSTOWN Post Office on the 25th September to claim her Money that she did not receive for the Past 6 Months. And @ Post Office they took out two papers written “SASSA FRAUD AFFIDAVIT FORM” & SHE Filled it and they said they will Call her any time but it’s been 1 Month nothing new.
2. I have been trying to check my balance but I still get the same message that says invalid cellphone number. I have sent an email to customer and replied saying my number has been update but I still cannot see my balance as the same message keeps.
3. What must you do, if you are using a Postbank card and if you drew a money on ABSA and amount requested but, money didn’t come out and slip says, it will be reversed automatically?

I have been trying to get a balance since the card expired and replacement is not available. The number just rings, the sms option says my balance enquiry is not available, I must call the customer care. This is ridiculous

I have been using Post Bank mzansi account flexi debit card for many years since I opened it in the past ten years and more. Now when I wanted to withdraw money at the post office counter the teller told me my account says "not existing" and I wanted to know how and why she said she doesn't know. I last used my post bank mzansi account on the 16 May 2023 and the teller told me the computer has took out all the money that was in my bank account and there is nothing else she can do to reverse the transaction and gave me all the money and its cents. By then I didn't know what was happening. I took it that is their problem and my mzansi account Flexi debit card is still safe and operational.
Now when I request for a new banking account they say they don't open any new banking accounts till December
