1. I have been trying for few days now to access the service. it does not recognize my password. I tried “forgot password” function also about 9 times but still does not receive any OTP. The same happens on the VOTING PORTAL. It keeps on stating tha,t my pin is sent but, I do not receive any pin.

2. I am a Teacher recently employed. My payslip shows that GEPF is deducting but, it shows 0000000. It doesn’t show numbers, what can I do?

    I stopped working on the 30 March 2022 and have nearly R2000 subtracted from my pension. Life has become very difficult just living on this alone. I have tried phoning regularly with no avail. If this is for tax, how can I stop this as I have already paid tax on the job I had?
