Sign in credentials currently remain the same across all platforms, however Digital Authentication is coming to the mobile app soon!

** My credentials used for the desktop application are not working on the mobile app.
** In some instances, this issue is experienced when the operator has installed and is accessing the mobile application for our African Regions.

** Confirm that you are attempting to access the correct mobile app to sign in by ensuring that you have searched for and installed the app listed as Business Online SA.
** If the issue persists, please contact the Business Online Contact Centre for assistance.

3. As a new operator, can I complete first time credential registration on the mobile app?
No, all first-time registrations must be completed using the Desktop BOL application. Once your credentials have been activated, you may proceed to sign into the mobile app.
