Duration
** The Competition starts at 00:00 on Friday, 16 November 2018 and ends at 23:59 on Saturday, 15 December 2018 (“Competition Period”).
Entrant Requirements
To qualify as an entrant into this Competition you must meet all of the following requirements :
** permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa;
** be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older;
** you are an existing member of Standard Bank’s UCount Retail Rewards programme (“UCount Rewards”) whose account is in Good Standing (as defined in the UCount Rewards terms and conditions); and
** you have received a communication from us about this Competition.
Not Eligible
You are not eligible to participate in this Competition if :
** you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of ours; or
** you are an immediate family member of any of the persons specified in clause 5.2.1; or
** you are a member of the UCount Rewards Business Rewards programme.
How To Enter
** Redeem 1000 or more UCount Rewards points in a single transaction at the Body Shop using your UCount Rewards Card (“Transaction”) during the Competition Period and you will receive one entry into the Competition.
** There are no forms to fill in and once you meet the requirements set out in clause 2 above and this clause 3, you will automatically be entered into the Competition.
** Every Transaction during the Competition Period qualifies for an entry into the Competition.
Prizes
** 5 entrants each stand the chance to win a Body Shop pamper hamper to the value of R500 (“Prize”).
** The Prize winners will be chosen by means of a lucky draw conducted by our internal auditors on 17 January 2019 at our premises, 30 Baker Street, Rosebank (“Lucky Draw”). The first 5 valid entries drawn will win a Prize.
** The Prize winners will be notified by a representative of ours by telephone between 21 January 2019 and 25 January 2019.
** The Prize will be couriered to the Prize winners no later than 1 February 2019.
** The Prize may not be exchanged for any other item. We do however reserve the right to substitute the Prize with any other prize of a similar commercial value.
