** This competition is conducted by Bayside Mall/Mustard Seed Relationship Marketing CC (the “Promoter”). These rules (together with any official competition communication) will govern and apply to the competition.
Participation
1. No person who is a director, employee, tenant, tenant staff member, agent of or consultant to the Promoter or their spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling, business partner, or associate is eligible to participate or enter this competition.
2. This competition is only open to residents of South Africa aged eighteen years or over.
3. The competition will run from 7 – 11 February 2018. Three random winners will be drawn on Monday12th February 2018. The winners will be required to present a valid identity document upon receipt of their prize.
Entries
1. To Enter Like & Share the post to stand a chance to win one of 3 couple tickets to the Barnyard Theatre.
2. Entries that are unintelligible, incomplete will be deemed invalid.
3. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission. Entries reflected on the Facebook post will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.
4. Entries must be received by the 11th February 2018
Prizes
1. Three random winners will be drawn on Monday 12th February 2018
2. If the winner cannot be contacted on the day of the draw, or chooses to decline the prize, then another winner will be drawn.
3. The prize is not transferable or negotiable and is not redeemable for cash.
4. The prize is a couples Valentine’s Day tickets to the Barnyard on the 14th February 2018. (x 3 couples will be drawn)
General Rules
1. The Promoter and its successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders not be liable for any losses, claims, actions, damages, liability or costs howsoever arising in connection with the competition.
2. If a participant contravenes these rules, the participant may be disqualified from the competition.
3. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
5. Participants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition; the Promoter must collect and use personal information about participants.
6. The winner also agrees that his/her photo may be utilized for the Bayside Mall Facebook page.
