Clover Call To Watch Competition

Introduction

1.1.The Tropika Island of Treasure 8 Competition (“Competition”) is being run by Clover S.A Proprietary Limited, Registration Number 1994/001064/07 (“Organiser/we/us/our”).

1.2. Each person entering the Competition (“participants/entrants/you/your”) and/or accepting any prize in terms of this Competition, agrees and accepts that the Competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions (“Rules”) is binding on him or her.

1.3 Copies of these Rules are available online at .clover.co.za (“the Website”) or at Clover Park, 200 Constantia Drive, Constantia Kloof.

Competition Period

2.1. The Competition commences at 00:01 on 1 February 2018 and will close at 23:59 on 30 April 2018 (“Competition Period”). No entries received after the end of the Competition Period will be considered.

Who Can Enter

3.1. In order to be eligible to enter the Competition you must
3.1.1 be a legal, permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;
3.1.2 be in possession of a valid identity document with a 13 (thirteen) digit identity number;

3.1.3 be 18 (eighteen) years old or older on the date you enter or, if you are younger than 18 (eighteen) years of age, you must be assisted to the extent necessary by a parent/legal guardian;

3.1.4 be a natural person; and
3.1.5 not be barred or disqualified by any authority from taking delivery and transfer of the Prize or any portion thereof.

3.2 .Notwithstanding clause 3.1, you are not eligible to enter this Competition if:
3.2.1 you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Organisers, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Organisers;
3.2.2 you are an immediate family member of any of the persons specified in clause 3.2.1; or
3.2.3 you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition.

How To Enter

4.1. Purchase a promotional pack of Tropika (“the Product”);

4.2. Dial the USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) code (*120*8767*uniquecode# for Tropika 330ml, 500ml, 1.5L & 2L and Tropika Slenda 425ml products and *120*3875*last4digitsofbarcode# for Tropika Long Life Eazy 200ml & 1L products) as stipulated on the Product, that was purchased by you, from a mobile phone.

4.3. You may enter the Competition as many times as you like, provided you use a unique Product code inside the pack or barcode number for each entry. (i.e. One entry per Product purchased)

4.4.You must be able to produce a valid till slip as proof of purchasing the Product with the relevant barcode used for the entry if requested by Clover.

4.5.Each entry will be charged at 20c (twenty cents) per 20 (twenty) seconds. Free minutes do not apply. Cost of each entry will however not exceed R1.50 (one rand and fifty cents) in total.

The Prize

Determination Of Airtime, Cash, Vouchers, Luggage & Grand Prize
5.1. Winners will be drawn randomly from correct entries received by means of a instant automated system throughout the Competition Period. Winners are therefore determined instantly on completion of their entries.

5.2. Entrants stand a chance to either win a share of R 500 000.00 (five hundred thousand rand) worth of airtime prizes (“Airtime Prizes”), or to win a share of R 100 000.00 (one hundred thousand rand) in Cash (“Cash Prizes”), or to win a share of R252,000.00 in LOOT Vouchers (“Weekly Prizes”), or to win a share of 10 x SAMSONITE Luggage sets (“Weekly Prizes”), or a KIA Picanto (“Grand Prize”)

5.3. The Airtime Prizes will be awarded in denominations of R 5.00 (five rand) worth of airtime per winning entry.

5.4. The Cash Prizes will be awarded in denominations of either R50 (fifty rand) or R100 (one hundred rand) per winning entry.
5.5. The Competition prizes are not transferrable from the prize winners to any other person and may not be exchanged for its cash value, except if otherwise stipulated in these Rules.

Delivery Of Airtime,Cash, Vouchers, Luggage & Grand Prize
6.1.For Airtime Prizes:
6.1.1 Winners of the Airtime Prizes will receive an instant SMS notification of the value of the airtime they have won on the cellular phone number used for entering. Airtime Prizes may be redeemed by PRE-PAID account holders of the following networks only – Vodacom / MTN / Cell C / Virgin Mobile and 8ta. An SMS with the airtime voucher with dial-in instruction on how to redeem the airtime will be sent to the cellular phone number used to enter the Competition.

6.1.2 Winners with contract accounts can transfer the Airtime Prize to any other Pre-Paid number of their choice (by SMSing the winner SMS to the desired recipient), provided that Pre-Paid number is on the same network.

6.2.For Cash Prizes:
6.2.1 Winners of the Cash Prizes will receive an instant SMS notification of the value of the Cash prize as well as confirmation on the means to access the Cash prize from any Absa ATM country wide.

6.3.Luggage and Voucher Prizes:
6.3.1 Winners of the Luggage and Vouchers will be notified via telephone call that they are a potential winner. The potential winner is not yet a winner until they have provided the following documentation: a valid SA ID copy and the proof of purchase of the product used to enter in the form of a till slip. The potential winner will have 48 hours to submit the relevant documentation before forfeiting the prize

6.3.2 Vouchers are made up of 2 x R10,500 winners per week for the 12 week duration of the promotion.
6.3.3 SAMSONITE LUGGAGE is awarded in the specifications determined by the promotion organiser and no requests to amend theses specifications will be entertained.

6.4.DELIVERY OF KIA PICANTO GRAND PRIZE:
6.4.1 There is 1 x KIA Picanto Ignite 2.0 Manual grand prize to be won.

6.4.2.The grand prize include the following:
** License Fee
** Registration Fee
** Will require a copy of winners ID and proof of address (ideally a utility bill) to complete registration

6.4.3 KIA Picanto Manual Vehicle is non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for another colour or model.

6.4.4 Winners must be over the age of 18 years and have a valid ID and Driver’s License. No-one affiliated to KIA, Clover nor agencies working on the campaign may win.
6.4.5 Each entrant is expected to have purchased a participating product of the Competition and be able to produce a valid till slip of proof of purchase if selected as a winner of the vehicle.

6.4.6 The grand prize draw will be done on Friday 04th May 2018 by means of a random computer generated draw. All entrants throughout the duration of the promotion will be eligible for the draw.

6.4.7 Winner will be notified telephonically if they have won. Once called they will be required to send their till slip/proof of purchase and ID Copy to the agent. The agent will then verify their submission and let them know if they have won or not. Potential winners have 48 hours to submit the required documentation otherwise they will forfeit the prize.

6.4.8 The Vehicle (KIA Picanto) is awarded in the specifications determined by the promotion organiser and no requests to amend theses specifications will be entertained.

6.5 The weekly prizes will be couriered by a partner agency of Clover to the winner’s address provided. Please allow up to six weeks for prize delivery.
