** Fourleaf Estate is launching a promotion.
** This promotion will run from 1-28 February 2018.

** There will be lucky draws announcing winners from the pool of people who sign rental contracts during February.
** To be entered into the lucky draw of winning a moth’s free rent at Fourleaf Estate you have to sign a 12 month rental contract and submit all documentation in time.
Who Can Enter
The Competition is only open to South African residents aged 21 or over who holds
** a valid RSA Identification document; and
** are able to provide the necessary FICA supporting documentation as required by law.
** Prize winners will be selected by random draw from the pool of entrants.
Prize
To qualify for the prize
** Guests have to visit the estate
** Sign a 12 month rental contract and live at the estate for 12 months
** Submit all relevant documentation as required by the contract
Terms & Conditions
** During the contest period, you may be required to provide your personal details, such as Name, Surname and Email address.
** Fourleaf Estate administrator’s decision is final, given that the stipulated criteria was followed.
** The organisers (Fourleaf Estate) of this competition will not contribute to any entrant for airfare, transport, accommodation cost or ANY other costs of ANY entrants wanting to visit the estate to view homes.
** The prizes are set and CANNOT be exchanged for cash.
** The prizes are not transferable or refundable. Fourleaf Estate retains the right to publicise the winners’ names and photos across all marketing material, without having to pay them for using their picture in the communication after and during the event.
** Fourleaf Estate management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
** Fourleaf Estate accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this. Late entries cannot be taken into account after the closing date due to technical difficulties.
** The winner’ names will be made available during February and March 2018.
