AVI Yardley Win A Weekend In Cape Town Competition
** This Yardley Win a Weekend in Cape Town Competition (“Competition”) is organised and conducted by Zambian Brands Limited (situated in the Republic of Zambia), a subsidiary of AVI Limited (a public company registered in the Republic of South Africa) including their affiliates, partners, associations and agents (“Promoter”).

Who Can Enter?
** Participants must be 18 (eighteen) years or older (or if a minor, must be duly assisted by their legal guardians) and have a valid identity document or passport and reside in the Republic of Zambia during the period of the Competition (“Participants”/”you”/”your”).
** Participants may not enter or receive a prize if they are directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants of the Promoter, their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies; or of the advertising or promotion agencies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners.
** By entering this Competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the Promoter’s decision regarding any issue with the Competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
** Participants must be in possession of a valid passport and a valid entry visa to the Republic of South Africa (if applicable), or need to obtain same before the end of June 2018 to receive the prize. Participants who do not have a valid passport as required in these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
How To Enter ?
** To enter this Competition you need to purchase a participating Yardley female product from a participating store in the Republic of Zambia, write your name and telephone number on the back of the till slip and place it in the Competition entry box situated in the participating store.
** Entries are unlimited. Each till slip dated within the Competiiton period with proof of qualifying purchase and the Participant’s name and telephone number constitutes an entry.
** The Competition includes the following participating Yardley female brands: Gorgeous, White Satin and Lace. For a more detailed list of the participating products please see below.
Prize
The prize is a weekend for 2 (two) persons in Cape Town, in the Republic of South Africa and includes the following:
** 2 (two) return air tickets from Lusaka to Cape Town (economy class)
** Shuttle to and from Cape Town airport to the hotel
** 2 (two) nights accommodation for 2 (two) persons sharing including dinner, bed and breakfast at the Cloud 9 hotel in Cape Town
** Lunch allowance of R500 (five hundred rand) per day (for 2 (two) days)
** Spa treatment allowance (maximum value of R2 000 (two thousand rand) in total)
** Excursion for 2 (two) persons to Table Mountain including transfer to and from the hotel, cable car up Table Mountain ONLY – but you can join free guided tours, go to the restaurants or hike (all not included)
The prize does not cover any other costs of the winner whatsoever. For example: passports, visas, additional meals and transport expenses.
** Prizes must be redeemed, by booking the weekend of choice before 31 June 2018, the actual travel dates must be within 2 (two) months of the booking being made. The prize will expire on 31 June 2018. Should the winner not be available to travel within the 2 (two) month period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
NB :
** Please note that due to the very drastic shortage of water in Cape Town and current implementation of very severe water restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right to postpone the trip to Cape Town or to change the destination of the trip.
** Save as provided in these terms and conditions, the prizes are not transferable or negotiable and may not be exchanged for cash.
** The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prize not be available due to unforeseen circumstances, or should there be no availability at the selected hotel.
** The Promoter will not be liable for till slips that are lost or stolen.
Determination Of Winners
** The draw to determine the winner will take place a maximum of (3) three weeks after the closing date for the competition or as soon as reasonably possible and this determination will be overseen by an independent person.
** The potential prize winner will be contacted via telephone on the telephone number provided on the till slip. The potential Prize winner will be required to provide the Promoter with their full name, identity number and answer questions as required in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. If the potential winner qualifies, the Promoter will arrange for redemption of the prize.
** The potential winner is not an actual winner until their entry is validated, they have provided proof of a valid passport and visa, their documents are completed and submitted to the Promoter (if applicable), and they have passed the verification process as required by the Promoter. The Promoter will not be held liable if a winner fails to obtain a valid passort and/or visa, or fails to provide the requested information and documents.
** The Promoter will make 3 (three) attempts within 72 (seventy-two) hours to contact and notify the selected potential winner telephonically. If the selected potential winner cannot be contacted personally after 3 (three) attempts, or if after first being contacted by the Promoter, is not reachable, or the potential winner fails to provide the Promoter with the required information to hand over the prize, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and a replacement winner will be selected from the names drawn from remaining qualifying Participants. This process shall continue until the winner has been contacted and the prize has been awarded in terms of the Competition rules.
** Prize winners will be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of their prize, if applicable.
